Discutindo o e-Governo e a Questão da Infoinclusão

The appearing of Internet in the new informational core of the economy has shown its importance to reformulate the relationship between the government and the population. Nevertheless, the tecnology of information revolution has been essential to the public administration by making faster the prossesses with standartization. Thus, this paper proposes to discuss, from a pratical experience of the brasilian egovernement, the opportunities, problems and dilemas of the services, taking as granted the national conditions of info/digital exclusion.
