Cluster e Desenvolvimento Local em Campinas

The main proposal of this paper is to bring into discussion the industrial clustering theme, mainly because the recent development of a new paradigm, brought by the Information Technology, has urged the debate about cluster implications in the Brazilian high technology industries. It’s taken as a study, the most important center of high technology in the State of São Paulo, the city of Campinas, where the analysis reveals a locus of non clustering process.
